In the following study, I wish to analyze the organization- and information culture of the Danish Red cross youth, in order to confirm or invalidate my presumption, that the management of information in the organization is inadequate.
Through the analysis I reach the conclusion, that this assumption is true, however, it appears that there are far greater issues to address. The study indicates that the main cause of the present problems in the Danish red cross youth is the communication. In spite of that, I attempt to find a solution to this problem. As I did not have enough time to put my solution to a practical test - the study holds potential for further work and investigation.
