The current thesis is an autoethnographic research study of the entrepreneurial process be-hind the project” ADHDømt på forhånd. Mennesker og misforståelser bag bogstaverne” (ADHD prejudged. People labelled with letters).

The study outlines two directions:
1. It is an autoetnographic assessment of how to conduct an entrepreneurial project on basis of design thinking.
2. It is an assessment of how to design a project for people with ADHD within the theme culture and health promotion, with foundation in the media comics.

The project is divided into two parts. In the first part are six workshops conducted. Six wom-en with ADHD have told and drawn their stories about living with ADHD through comics. This part is described and discussed in this thesis. In the second and upcoming part the com-ics are to be consolidated and published in a book. The purpose of the project is to create more scope for people with ADHD and contribute to an increased nuance of the understand-ings and preconceptions existing around ADHD.
The preliminary results of the research study confirm a requirement to create a new and nuanced depiction of ADHD, even though comics might not constitute the optimal media.
The research study furthermore shows, that it is appropriate to take a design-based ap-proach, when working in a multidisciplinary field, where external expert knowledge is a nec-essary resource.
